Broken TV

I went to Ok Furniture Shop at Naledi Mall in Vosloorus on Thursday the 20th June 2024, i was so happy when i saw the Samsung TV 70Inch to the Value of R11 000. I spoke to one sales lady by the name of Mahlatsi Vilakazi who was friendly and willing to assist me. I then promised to buy the TV as i no longer have TV at my house.

On the 24th June 2024, I communicated with the above mentioned lady that i will be passing by to buy the TV. as it was already late the store closed at 17H30PM and i arrived at the store between 16H30 - 16H40PM. i t was already late and we had to start with all documentation and they also had to upload me on their system. one guy was already busy with sorting / preparing the TV for me which i didn't have a chance to see if its working or not. last time when i check on Thursday it was playing. The guy checked the TV alone and tick all the checklist box alone to prepare the TV in a box for me( he was alone) by that time as I was still busy with paperwork , after paper work i went to do cash payment with above mentioned lady above.

after all this paperwork and payment the guys were busy wrapping the TV and all dispatch document was ready to be signed, i was handed wrapped TV with dispatched documents which was signed by me before leaving the premises and it was around 17H20/25PM 5min before their Knockoff time.

I'm 10min away from the stores. when i arrived at home i open the box and put the TV on the TV stand when I switch on the TV, the TV was not playing and have running Inch on inside. The TV couldn't even switch On.

I immediately phoned the sales lady to notify her and even drove to get one of their sales guy who was also in the shop to come to my house to see for himself. upon his arrival he saw the TV and tell me that the TV is dead. i need to bring it at the shop following day but the sales refuses me to return the TV and i explained to her that it was hardly 20min when i phoned them to notify them about my situation.

The TV doesn't have and any dent on it that symbolizes any effect that my led to TV screen damaged.

0n the 25th June 2024 just before 10H00AM i took the TV back to the Store and i was rejected to leave the TV which i left it there by force. Store refuses to assist me even thou i report the matter to them with immediate effect.

i was denied to be replaced with a new TV nor handed back my Money that I Payed.

I really need your intervention on this matter as I feel ****med while watching and they don't even care.
