Broken TV and fridge over freezing.

This is not a review is a complain. I made a contract with OK furniture in Randfontein. i bought TV, Bed and Fridge beginning of February 2023

TV - was mounted it on the wall. unfortunately on the 16 April 2023 it cracked while we we watching and that was the end of it.

17 April 2023 - we go to OK complain, they booked it only to be told they won't fix it, we need to send it for extra pay to be fixed. I am refusing to pay extra, if they can't fix it, i am cancelling the deal.

We also got a change to complain about the Fridge that was freezing the very first month. Defy came and can't fix.

i want nothing to do with OK furniture since they are not treating me well.
