Broken refrigerator

I bought refrigerator at Mabopane Ok Furniture on 03 Feb 2017.Then on 22 Feb 2017 reported loose rubber on button freezer, was repaired.I was helped by Andrew.The repairer was sent and aligned gasket and replaced thermostat.On 23 March 2017 the rubber on the door was coming out,it was repaired,then 23/12/2019 it was over freezing and the rubber was loose again.Went back to Andrew and he explained my case to Obe. He said they are waiting for confirmation from head office.I told them I want refund since the fridge was giving me problems.It looks like it was not brand new.I went back on 13/01/2020 and head office said they will send a repairer.I NEED A REFUND not for it to be repaired.It was R5199.My heart is broken.I think maybe they are taking advantage that I am a pensioner.I buy things on hand because I don't have fridge and it's challenging
