BROKEN MACHINES

I regret buying appliances at OK furniture Kuils River not evens on account but cash our hard earned money I'm so disappointed. I purchased a washing machine for my mother whose a pensioner 3+ weeks ago. They delivered the machine but guess what not evenS new but a used second hand machine. We called Odwa and raised our concern and we were told they will take it back and deliver a new one. The delivered the second machine but this time the machine has a crack inside the machine. We contacted them and requested a refund but they offered to take it back and deliver a new washing machine. Its now over a week and we still waiting for help and assistance from OK. IM SO SO UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED please just refund my money back.
