Broken Fridge from OK furniture in orange farm

<div>I bought a broken Fridge from OK furniture in orange Farm. Eyethu Mall on the 25th of Oct. I reported the Metter immediately on 2th to them with photoes as proof but I didn't get any help. They don't wanna take responsibility and they don't wanna exchange my fridge</div>
