Broken Base
I bought goods to the value of more than R13.000.00 late last year at OK Furniture Nongoma. I then reported at the store that the base for the bed was broken. After a few weeks of no action I went back to the store to make a follow-up. I was told to write the complain again as they have lost previous one. I was irritated and angry because this demonstrated lack of will from the store towards addressing my problem. Nevertheless, I did write another complain. Weeks went by with no communication from the store. I went back again to check on what was going on. I realised that there was no action. I came hard on the manager because my costumer rights were being violated. I then received an sms notifying me that the base has been delivered at the store I should go there and give them the reference number. This is the second week I have been waiting with no action taking place.

I went back again, I was told that they are still waiting for it to be delivered. I was also informed that I should bring back the broken base and take the new one once it has arrived. Someone should tell me in case I am crazy. Is OK furniture telling me that I have to hire a bakkie again? Really?
