Brocken Defy Oven Sold at Ok Furniture

My mother purchased a Defy oven from OK Furniture at Lebowakgomo. Unfortunately, when she got home, we discovered that the oven was faulty. She contacted the store to report the issue, but they have refused to take accountability or offer a satisfactory solution. We are very disappointed with the customer service and would appreciate assistance with a replacement or refund in line with consumer protection laws.
