Bought TV and the is no remote

Am a customer bought TV at OK furnitures in Queenstown carthcart road on the 15 July 2024,the person who was assisting me her name is Funeka, the TV was on special 42 inch, when I was about to collect and take it she told me that it doesn't have a remote she will search for it in all stores and branches known to her which till to date she has not find it, I called even went there physical the remote was not found.

My complain is I want my TV and I have paid for it and I want it today cause now I have ran out of patience. What is paining me they don't call me for update, it's only me that has to make calls as if am asking for them to make me favors
