Bought a fridge that is broken

My mother in law bought a brand new fridge at Ok furniture in Parow yesterday, it was delivered and left for her to set up. After that was done she found that the glas plate inside was broken. I called the Ok store to inform them about the problem so the Salesman Arnold Stevens told me that the manager has stepped out and won't be long and he will call me later as soon as she is back in store. I gave a second call again later today but he was busy so I left a message and he did not get back to me nor his manager. Their after sales service stinks, they should look at how a customer is treat after they bought something. I will never advice anyone to go do business there is that is the service a person is getting.
