Bought a fridge since Black Friday, haven't received it till now

On the 24 November 2017 I bought a fridge at OK furniture Mdantsane City till today I have not received, my cousin sister whom we bought the same fridge together have received her Friday. Game also had shortage of stock but I've received everything I bought from them. What is taking thing long , because if I knew I was going to wait this long I wouldn't have bought it. Poor communication also from the store because they could have sent msg or any sort of communication for assurance when we going to receive stock. And I am in need of this fridge not later than this Saturday the 9th December. OK has received the money both parties must be happy.
