Blatant disregard of consumer rights, warrants a class action!

I ordered a bar fridge and opted for the economical delivery fee, which does not get disclosed when ordering. A few days later I was requested to pay a delivery fee of R860 for the R1999 bar fridge, which equates to 43% of the purchase price. That is absolute madness. A consumer has the right to cancel an order before delivery and also a right to quality service in terms of the Consumer Protection Act. Will refer the matter to the Consumer Commission. If I look at the number of complaints against OK Furniture and the blatant disregard to our rights, it warrants a class action against this pathetic company!
