I bought a tablet that was on promotion that came with free ear pods as part of the sale. After the sale of purchase and the deal was done I opened the box. No ear pods. The sales person did not even knew about the promotion. He told me there are no stock left of the ear pods. He promised me to resolve it. It's 3 months already I've been there 3 times already and I emailed head office regarding this matter. No response. Very bad after sale service.
