Black Friday special but no stock in store

Black Friday specials began on 25November 2024. We went to OK Furniture as there are couches on special. We paid a deposit due to the consultant confirming that they dont have stock available and they did order. We are still waiting for OK Furniture to call us saying that the stock has arrived and they will deliver our couches.

How can you advertise black friday specials but you dont have stock available in store... this is such poor planning and we would like some answers as to when we will receive our couches
