Black Friday or PR Stunt

My name is Mokgadi, on 27 November which was Black Friday, I went to OK Furniture at Tembisa Plaza to buy a bed. Upon my arrival, I was told of Black Friday special. I paid for Restonic Comfort Zone Queen set. I was told I will get it within the next few days. I told them I will collect it. After three days I went, I was told the order is on the way. Two days later I called, I was told the same thing. On Saturday, 5 December I got a call from sales person, telling me to make cash ready because they will be delivering. I told her I don't want their delivery cos is expensive, I will come to collect. Sunday my partner went, he was told the bed is no longer there. I went yesterday, the salesperson told me they don't know when they will receive those beds. I asked to take the bed of the same value as the one I bought, I was told that's impossible. I called the manager, Tebogo Padi who told me its not their fault but Restonic one and there is nothing he can do to help me. They told me there is many people who bought those beds and haven't got them. So, I am asking, was there any Black Friday or it was PR work, because they offered to refund or I add more money for bed of the same value.
