black Friday deal

I bought a dstv Explorer and a defy deep freezer cash at OK furnishers Atlantis. One of the their black Friday deals 24 November 2017. Today 03 January 2018, still no delivery or refund. I have asked to cancel the freezer as I needed one urgently. I received no refund. On the Explorer, after paying and no delivery took place. I followed up on delivery. They told me I can no longer get it at special price???? Can someone please let me know if this is the service Shoprite Checkers is offering? I am disappointed and disgusted at the service.
