Beware Of OK Furniture

I recently brought a defy gas stove there my wife clearly asked the sales lady does it bake bottom nd top nd they said yes it was the only stove left nd we brought it on display just as it was when we got home when we used the stove we realized the stove was not working at the top meaning there's no element at the top it only works at the bottom since we were within the 7day policy we took it back for a refund we were than told that if we've used the stove they will not take it back coz they don't sell 2nd hand to my surprise i ask how were we to know that we r unsatisfied with the stove if we didn't use it they than said it's their policy i asked but I brought this stove on display nd it wasn't even packaged in a box for u to can ask for packaging they told m they can only call a technician to help m use the stove knowing very well the 7day period would have lapsed i'm now sitting with a stove i have no need for i told them such shops should just place no refund at the door bcoz its what they do they cheat us in the name of if it's used u can't return it beware of buying things there
