Being Shouted by a rude Manager and employee

Yesterday I made a purchase of a fridge and I didn’t like the fridge because the one I wanted was out of stock, this morning I went back to the store and I asked for a refund so I can buy the Fridge I wanted somewhere else when I got there I was welcomed by a rude manager I forgot to take her name but she is in Delft Mall branch she was shouting and screaming at me telling me they don’t have money I will have to come later there’s nothing they can do, I went out of the Shop without my Refund and being shouted at by the manager and another female employee
