being rude to a customer

I went to ok furniture store in Alexandra on Wednesday to pay for my account , then I asked for a manager to talk to him regarding my lounge suite to be fixed , the store manager said to me they can't help cause the guarantee is finished.<br> <br> I ask him then what should I do cause they are sinking , he said I need to pay extra money then they will collect and fix those couches with attitude , then I get crossed I've told him but i'm still paying and my outstanding its still plenty , how can I pay extra money , he said I am giving you the solution with a bad attitude<br> I didn't mind paying cause I need help , you know that store manager he's so rude.<br> <br> I was so crossed more than I can clap him , you know its so painful paying for something that is broken, I was crossed , then I asked another guy to help me with contact details for customer care line ,then I was joking with that guy telling him i'm going to tell the lawyers , you know that manager he just step out of the office and say to me go and fetch them they wont do anything then I rep**** I wasn't talking to you I was talking to this guy then you suddenly you just answer with that attitude you know.
