Beds not delivered a full week later

I paid online for two beds and then spoke to Thabo (who seemed very helpful etc) who promised that stock had been sourced in Port Alfred and would be delivered to Grahamstown. It has not happened so from Monday my sons are sleeping on the floor ... although I paid and have also paid two full delivery fees even though the two delivery addresses are less than 500m apart. Mails over the past day or two are simply not being answered.
