Bed springs popped out

I bought a bed 137C Picasso Base Set on the 12 December 2014 at the OK Store in Wynberg. it was just a month that passed that I experience this unbearable discomfort. The mattress springs was popping out on the side of the bed. The bed was then inspected by Maboma on the 25 Feb from Lylax Bedding, he confirmed the base and mattress is broken and it is manufacturer fault. he advised he will get in contact with Ok. but up until today there has been no feedback and I am tired of waking up with a sore body. I am not interested in the same make nor brand would appreciate a response.
