On Saturday was OK furniture store where I had no joy with the service I was given, spoke with a manager she was rude didn’t want to speak to me and I even took a video of her on the line saying am rue after I have asked for on the details and the ref for my complaint so that I can excuse the store and get further assistance for the head office as she couldn’t help. She than called a gentleman by the name of Thabo who was rude and who broke my phone the manager said I should stop taking her the video later on, and at the time was just using my phone and Thabo tried to grab the phone and it fell and broke and one from than gave me attention after I asked about my phone I looked like a fool and was not given my good after the head office said I must visit the branch and collect my good we intend to give store bed name, from my experience at OK it definitely depends on the behaviour of an individual, OK Randfontein wont recommend it to family or friends
