Bed review

Bought a restonic bed in may 2024 by August the bed was becoming uncomfortable and had weird sounds i complained at the store and they told me they need pictures as proof i told them its a weird sound of which i can take a video they told me specifically photos. I then went to the store again earlier 2025 and was told the same thing but the lady gave me an email address to send the photos and videos to, never received any response I contacted the lady who gave me the email she said I should send her the videos and pictures then after a few weeks i asked her if there’s any feedback she said they have approved I should go to the store to get a new mattress only mind you the weird sounds were coming from the base.. I went and got a new mattress and to my surprise there’s no difference and now the sounds are worse. I wouldn’t recommend ok furniture to anyone for a bed, i need my refund and they can take the bed coz this is pure nonsense!!(Ok furniture sunnyside branch)
