Bed not received since 25 November 2018

I bought a bed and a fridge, 25 November 2018, Black Friday, Durban West street branch to be collected at Eshowe branch, received a fridge in December, still haven't received my bed, I called them beginning of this month asking about my bed and they said they will call me soon, which they did, told them they my cousin will come and collect my bed and they told me to go and sign some papers, asked them why papers cause I'm telling them that someone will come and collect my bed on my behalf, so I told them that they can keep the bed and that I want my money back, now they are telling me to bring a slip? Which one cause they said I must leave it behind as proof that I haven't received my bed as yet...... I want my money back at OK furniture shop in Durban cause u guys know that I haven't received my bed. I want my money...
