Bed bugs at OK furnishers Kanyamazane

I bought a bed at OK furnishers a week ago, & immediately after 2 days had an outbreak of bed bugs..at first I thought it was mosquitoes since it’s summer, but then they started biting my son as well..I then decided to lay a complaint at their store today & the managers told me that they have never had such an experience at their store & I was making it up. I then requested to speak to their owner who was very irritable & rude, he told me that it was my problem & there was nothing they can do to help me. I sent OK a complaint on their customer care email & still await response. I have scats & it still itches where the bugs bit me.. I just wanted to at least get a spray kit to **** the pests while I wait for another bed, as they said they can only exchange after next year, in the meantime I shall sleep on the floor with my son, as the previous bed was destroyed. I will never EVER set foot in that store, their customer service is **** & they don’t have compassion for a fellow human being even after I displayed my scars & bite markings to them..I literally brought my son to the store with so that they can see for themselves what I went through. Dissatisfied customer☹️
