Bad treatment

Ok Furnitures Phumulani Mall. I had a laybuy and it expired. I spoke to a guy who assisted me with laybuy last week and i told him i will come for refund because i have relocated to soweto but i lost a vontract witj slips. He said its ok i can come. Today 30 minutes ago i went to the store. The guy spoke to his manager and he insisted that i go to the police station for affidavit after travelling such a long distance to the store, he was not even interested on hearing the aide of my story, i am so disappointed. Especially that i spoke to them over the phone first before i came i bought 2 washing machines and a microwave last year a week prior and on a Black Friday. Im so disappointed really especially that i have ao much confidence in the service of Ok. *** ***
