bad services from head office

<p>i have app**** for an account via sms this rude women who was assisting me, could not even take down my details she hanged up an asked me to go to the store. i mean if i had time to do that i would have. no wonder why funiture shops are closing one by one because they dont value customers</p> <p> </p> <p>people are now buying from small businesses because they value customers and appreciate. i have done this 4 months ago still same treatment from differnt people. she now cancelled my application and reffered me to the store.imagine the nerve of this woman. i have been with ok for many years and i'm working out just because of rude sales people like this.</p>
