BAD services

I went to OK furniture in randburg to request statement of my settlement amount,thet services want no so helpful i don't know my settlement even know. Get there I had to greet me respond was so cold looking down ohk fine ask for the statement the respond was you took 12 months payment u paid 9 months like really how is that helpful want i wanted to know is how many months left. I know i took 12 months contract didn't have to remind me, then i asked ohk how many left said dont know like is that customer service suppose to be like that.
