BAD SERVICE,RUDE CALL CENTRE AGENT

I am very dissapointed of your service,my mom bought a bed a stove during the black Friday at Mdantsane Mall and still to date we havent received none of those things, I have been calling the store and they have been giving me the run around until eventually someone told me the stove is avalable and the bed will be received at the end of Jan 2019,I could not understand as they never told us that the bed was not available on the day we bought it but because I didnt want to argue I accepted whatever and told them I am going to take the stove in the interim ,When I went to the store on Monday to comfirm that I am taking the stove they told me that they dont have a stove I dont know how? when they said there was a stove only.Today I am calling a Headoffice on the JHB number and they lady just told me that the bed will be recived mid Feb and that I wont received the stove I must wait for the bed when I asked when she dropped a phone on my ear without responding. How can they sell something that's not on stock and why the hell wont they give me my stove when its available on stock must I suffer when I paid everything cash, what is the point of buying during black Friday waiting 3 whole months. ********** 390.
