BAD SERVICE/NO DELIVERY OF PRODUCT

My aunt paid for a wardrobe on the 23rd/24th of June, bought at OK Furniture in Mdantsane City. She was told the wardrobe was in King Williams Town and that THE STORE would bring it to Mdantsane and do a delivery.

Till this day, there has been no wardrobe and ZERO communication. Her money is just laying at the store and nobody has even bothered or cared enough to update her. It's been a FULL MONTH.

I find this customer service UTTERLY DISGUSTING and very POOR. Now she has misplaced her till slip because it really has been long, it surely would have even faded.

Why is she being sent out to get an affidavit, when the purchase reflects upon the produce of her identity document.

FOUR WHOLE WEEKS, NO COMMUNICATION, NO APOLOGIES, NO UPDATE...NO NOTHING. We no longer want the wardrobe but would like our FULL refund. This treatment would have never been given to a white customer but black people are taken for idiots at these stores.
