Bad Service with inline shopping

I purchased a DSTV remote with you guys online on the 12th of December 2021 I was told that the delivery would be anytime within 7 - 10 working days but its now been over 10 working days and I haven't received my remote when I try tracking my parcel with the company they using for deliver it says the parcel hasn't been picked up by the delivery people. You are quick to take peoples money but dint deliver as promised, I'm actually fed up with waiting now because I've been waiting for almost a whole month for a simple remote control guys come on. Can someone from OK contact me so that I can get a full refund on my purchase as I don't want to do business with you anymore.
