BAD SERVICE , VERY POOR SERVICE FROM OK FURNITURE

i would like to complain my little sister bought her laptop at mankweng ok furniture last year. and this year her laptop just stopped working she tried to return it back to the store but the service she was given was not acceptable at all. She lost her purchase slip but she went to do affidavit at the police station. thats when they paid attention they took the laptop saying they taking it to get repaired but within 3 to 4 days she called to fetch her laptop no explaination nothing at all she then took it thinking maybe its been fixed only to find out that it was opened but not repaired it still the same condition. she's a student at university of limpopo no one was there to defend her they took advantage because she's young and alone there in limpopo. I will not advise anyone to buy at OK FURNITURE their service its bad they take advantage.IT IS VERY POOR and im gonna make sure this doesnt stop here.
