Bad service, unprofessional staff and long wait

<p>22 December 2016 I bought a dvd player at Ok furniture at Ezakheni Plaza on the 29/12/2016 it stop working, I took it back to the store They requested a proof of purchase I sent it to them they told me they will call me. I waited for their call but I never received it, I went back to the store the staff was very rude and told me to wait for their call I went back there 3times already but till now I haven't received my dvd or money back as I bought it cash and it was damaged in less than 7days. I really need assistance regarding this matter. </p>
