Bad service online shopping

I am one of the people who bought on Black Friday special on the 23 November 2018. I bought a chest of drawer online. I have been waiting for stock and no one is bothering to give me an estimate of when I will get my delivery via Benoni Branch. I am very disappointed and will never ever support this company. I don’t know if I should ask for my money back or wait ! ☹️
