Bad service OK South Gate

In December I decided to buy mom in law defy stove for her 60th birthday, we tried to bake for her birthday oven malfunctioned we then report the problem to Ok they send lady name Beauty to check it, she then said Defy is on December closure we didn't have problem, during December we tried again to bake then glass exploded then in January we did a follow-up only to find a report that the job has been closed that really sunk my heart cause I did best for her and Ok furniture thanks me like that.
