we have purchased these items Tv, Fridge & Queen bed on 01/12/2021 sum of R13597.00 at 0838 West street OK Furniture.

we made arrangements with the salesman to collect on 01/12/2021 and we hired the transport to collect the items purchased to Golela Board (Swaziland).

we called the OK furniture around by 16: 45 informing them about the hired transport is outside to collect and the store manager (Wendy) told us they already closed for business and i must come back to tomorrow.

she had a bad attitude on the phoned. Business hours: 8am to 5pm

i have explained the situation on hand my wife need to report to work tomorrow morning at the board and she do not have furniture at the apartment was not interested.

i have managed to call another branch in Bloemfontein *** to assist me with cellphone number for the Area/regional manager and they gave me the number of Chris ***.

i called Chris around by 17:03 for assistance and he promised to call back shortly.

we waited outside the shop until six o'clock and i have What's app him bcoz he was not answering my calls and he promised to come back to me today on what's app.

i have incurred cost last night:

we need our money to be refunded to us so we can go to Pongola to purchase the these items urgently and currently my wife have 8 months baby with her and we have no alternative to go to borrow money from family members so we can purchase these items nearby.
