Bad service, ok furniture/ ok express port Shepstone

The store will never see me again. First in March I bought a sleeper couch for my daughter. They want to give the the couch on the floor. I said okay then I want discount as everyone sits on the thing it is not new. They tell me they can't give me discount as it is in special. I told them it is not on special because in January I came for a quote on the same couch and it was exactly the same price . Long story short no discount was given and I insisted on a brand new couch from Margate shop.

April I bought a gas freezer and same story

Freezer got scratches on it, I asked for discount as they don't have any new stock I was told sorry we can't give you discount. You have to buy for R50 000 before we can give you a five percent off. Does that sound right to you.........

I took the freezer as they didn't have new stock with their word that if they get new stock they will replace this one. Still no word from them.......

I even told them I am going to wright this review on helopeter. It dud not even bother them......

They will never see me again........
