Bad service OK Furniture

Bought a new bed at ok furniture this year at thorntree Shopping center. And then in August I told them that something is wrong with the bed I was advised that in order for them to log a query they need me to provide them with the proof of the purchase and also take pictures of the bed. I was able to go back to them on the 14 of October to provide them with the details that they have requested and I was assisted by Tshepang and I was told that someone will call me, and they have 21 days to come back to me. A month later I still did not receive any call from them. So I decided to call OK on the 14 of November and spoke to the store manager Tshepo who assured me that someone will call me on the 14th or the 15th I'm still waiting for the call. All I need is for you guys to replace the bed and cannot keep on calling you. Is this how you treat your customers? I don't owe you anything okay.
