Bad service offered by OK Furniture Pretoria West.

It is a nightmare dealing with OK Furniture Quagga Centre in Pretoria West. I bought a new bed only to discover a few days later that the bed is broken. It is now 6 months down the line. They have not done any thing about it. Strange thing is, they want me to phone their supplier directly. I told them I never bought it from their supplier
