Bad Service/No Service

Last Saturday I bought couches cash at the OK Furniture store in Makhaza, Khayelitsha and I was assisted by a guy called Vuyo. They stated that they would be delivered. On Thursday my husband went back to the store as the couches were not delivered yet and he was told to pay a delivery fee so that the couches could be delivered the same store from the Warehouse. Till today the couches have not been delivered. I called them today to enquire Vuyo told me that they don't have them in store still and he was a simply a packer even though he is the one who made the sale, I then requested to speak to a Supervisor I held on the line for approximately 15 minutes and the call was dropped. I so disappointed and angry at the level of bad service I received at the store and would never recommend them to anyone. I just want my money now and want nothing to do with them.
