Bad service, I want fridge before Christmas

I bought a fridge on black Friday and was told it is out of stock, the person who was helping me said to me I must not contact him he will inform me once stock arrives. But that didn't happen, I heard from the other province that they have a replacement because that particular fridge is not available anymore and they did not bother calling me, I went to the store they now tried to convince me that they doing cancelation on old fridge they will put the new replacement even then I have to push them to do it I stay there the whole day while they claim they doing the cancelation .and they promise I will get the fridge Sametime once they are done with cancelation. Since then I still have not received the fridge or stage like how far are they with the process of getting my fridge mind you this fridge it is a gift, I'm buying it for someone. Please help how I get my fridge before Christmas
