Bad Service from the Branch Manager

I was at OK furniture Phokeng mall wanting to purchase a fridge for R5500 and a microwave for R1499. I was told the microwave is out of stock even at the nearby stores I requested that I be given a display because I know the display stuff most of them are still good and in sellable conditions the manager bluntly refused in my face saying the policy does allow. So am here asking if the policy is not the same for all the stores because I buy stuff at OK most of them they take from the floor while stating the risk of that and to this date I still have those appliances in good working condition. I was treated bad as a manager he could have done better. I want that microwave
