Bad service from OK online department

Good morning

I got poor service from Shamaine at OK furniture online I am sitting with a problem regarding my online order I am calling to Ressolve this she is so rude shouting at me telling me that there is nothing she can do at the same time she sitting at the center of business to assist us but she doesn't care for us so what are we supposed to do 🤷♀️ online OK furniture is a disaster I never felt like this before being a victim of OK online utilization. M bored they will just have to give me my money back I will go somewhere else. 😥😥😥😥😥
