Bad service from Ok furniture Stellenbosch

I bought a tv at Ok furniture store in Stellenbosch. After tv stopped working I took it to the store since it still has insurance and garantee. I was told that I had to pay R3000 for the tv to be fixed and they haven't contacted me again and it's almos 3 months now they had my tv. I haven't heard from them again
