Bad service from OK Furniture Mams Mall

OK Furniture Mams Mall doesn't even deserve a star.... Their service is very poor and the staff is ***********. I purchased a restonic bed in April 2020 and the bed was in a bad condition. I returned the bed and was promised a new bed. After 2 weeks they delivered the bed, in less than 2 months the bed was torn... And was sinking... I lodged a complaint with the manager, she since then promised to deliver a new bed, but nothing has happened.... I go to the store every week to check the progress but the give me the runaround. And they refuse to refund me since well the bed is still under warranty /guarantee. I am very disappointed with the treatment I am getting from OK Furniture Mams Mall.
