Bad service from OK Furniture including their head office

I'm appalled by the incredibly poor service fro OK furniture. I took a DEFY microwave on credit where they sneaked in an extended warranty without my permission. The acc was settled before the time. Recently, I've reported a rusted microwave from DEFY and both refuse to replace or repair despite the extended warranty that is still valid. The store made me wait more than an hour because the manager did not know where the complaints officer was. The Regional Manager Christo Geyer claims it may be due to irresponsible usage thus they won't cover rust, totally disregarding the fact we live in a rust prone area. Boycott OK Furnitures. Once they have your money you are nothing. NEVER AGAIN.
