Bad service from OK furniture in Idutywa

I had a very very bad experience with OK furniture in Idutywa. I was supposed to get my fridge delivered on the 6tg on December. Till to date the have not delivered. Everytime I call or go to the store they tell me stories. I would like advice on how to report them. Please assist me if you can.
