Bad service from Ok furniture

My name is Portia Vaaltyn,I purchased a Hisense 50A6100UW 50" tv at Ok furniture in Mdantsane on the 26/06/2019. I took it in for repairs on the 09/09/2021 because it was faulty(it had lines on the screen) after 10 days they phone me to say they can't repair the tv and I must come and choose another one because they don't have the same model anymore and I must pay in,I don't think that is fair on me because I believe if the company don't have the same model they need to give me a replacement without me paying in,it's not my fault that they don't have spares,I have been sitting for the whole month without a tv,if the company don't want to assist me on this I'll take it further and I'm totally not happy with this service. ***
