Bad service from OK Furniture

Since the 13 October 2022 I called the OK Furniture in Vryburg, to report the 9Kg Defy Washing machine I bought on 25/08/2022 is leaking & tripping the electricity. I then got an sms on the 17 October 2022 that a call is logged & Defy technicians will come over at my place to check on the machine but to date it is still not done.

I called their store again on the 30th & apparently their phones are not working clearly.

I am not happy at all. The OK furniture's service is very bad.
