Bad service for cash payment

I paid a deposit of R900 via debit card and misplaced the slip. When I went back they told me to go and do an affidavit in order for me to get a refund. I did the affidavit and still had to wait for more than 30 min for them to give me the refund. I ain't buying anything at Jabulani mall ok store ever again. They don't have customer service.
