Bad service

I did an online purchase on the 28th of Nov and have been waiting with no response. There's no communication as to when Iam going to recieve my order, sent countless emails none have been rep**** to. The contact center is a nightmare you can't get through. I have ordered online before from other places, and I also get follow up on when I'll receive my order but with OK there's nothing at all. Bad customer service indeed
